- how she devises and stages plays with her students who are often not your usual theater kids and how she makes her theatre program sustainable
- how she and her students take part in theater competitions and how not being the first to perform can be beneficial

- how her school is a “Kulturschule” (school that promotes the arts and culture) which has been integrating theater as an important part of school life for many years now.
